The Malaysia My Second Home Program (MM2H) was initiated by the
Malaysian Government to welcome all foreigners to reside in Malaysia
with a 10 years Social Visit Pass (SVP) & Multiple Entry Visa
(MEV) with high flexibility. The MM2H program was re-launched
by the Ministry of Tourism, Malaysia in April 2006. The ministry
has appointed SENADA TOUR (MM2H) Sdn Bhd as one of the official
MM2H Agent to help foreigners to speed up the application and
successfully obtain the MM2H program. At the same time, providing
different incentives to attract more foreigners to stay in Malaysia
as a vacation second home or retired home.
A participant is allowed to import a car
tax-free as a personal belonging from his country of origin
or purchase one here free of sales tax. We are able to advise
clients on car matters if there is any need.
PROPERTY
A participant is also entitled to buy properties
that are above RM 250,000 (USD 70,000) in all states of Malaysia
and above RM 350,000 (USD 100,000) in the state Sarawak. We
are able to advise clients on property queries under the Programme
if there is a need.
All types of education are available with International
recognitions. It is no wonder Malaysia has been the chosen destination
for education hub. This is definitely one of the most affordable
places for all education.
Effective 9th January ,2009, all MM2H applications are to be submitted through licensed MM2H agents or individual only. No third party applications will be entertained . Kindly refer to 'Licensing' page for a list of licensed MM2H agents. Thank you.
Foreigners who are married to Malaysians are now eligible for MM2H program and also may apply to stay in Malaysia under the Immigration Department's Spouse Program" or Long Term Social Visit Pass (please refer to website http://www.imi.gov.my ).
